i love the way my life has brought me around full circle back to the places i have been before. joanna and i went to high school together. we spent many afternoons cracking ourselves up in the hallway while stretching before track practice. almost 10 years later i ran into joanna and jerry when i was shooting a wedding. they had recently started dating…. that was almost 6 years ago, and just a couple weeks ago i shot their wedding in nyc…

joanna and jerry rented a vintage nyc cab to get us around the city. not only was it fun to ride it, but it provided great opportunity for photos. i love this shot. a true wedding day candid.
these little girls were adorable. they just kept checking joanna and jerry out…

if someone told me in high school that i would be photographing joanna’s wedding one day and ben stiller would be responsible for holding up a bus load of her guests for an hour… i would have thought they were on something. although a bunch of guests were held up for an hour, they all arrived in great spirits!
