This Hoboken family session with Allison and David now holds the record for the most sessions with me making this Hoboken family session their fifth one with me and their third session in their longtime home of Hoboken. It all started seven years ago with their engagement session in the same place, Hoboken, where I first got to meet the adorable Wrigley, their pup. They had a fantastic wedding with a crazy dance party at The Palace at Somerset Park a year later which you can check out here. While Allison was pregnant with their first child, Luke, we met up for a session with David’s brother and his family which you can check out here. I first had the joy of meeting Luke a couple years ago during a mini family session at my house and enjoyed another shoot with Wrigley as well. This time was my first chance to meet their new addition, Emmy, who is equally as adorable as Luke. I missed having Wrigley this time, but a family session with two little ones this age is quite the production so adding in a pup would have been a little extra. It is always such an honor to be asked to capture my couples again. I love meeting their little ones and seeing their families grow!
This is pretty much how a family session goes at these ages, but I love to capture this season of life. It changes fast and it’s fun to look back on the days of chaos….
Luke was having fun, but his attention span for the photos was par for the course for this age. When a kid this age is done with a moment, they are done and onto the next thing…
