when i shot nureida and david’s engagement session i was barely 5 weeks pregnant and i knew it. i had the breathlesness that is common with pregnancy and i remember thinking they were going to second guess me as their photographer since i was huffing and puffing walking up slight inclines! i came home and told my husband that they must think i am so out of shape that i hoped they weren’t worried about their wedding day, hah! apparently, they didn’t notice anything odd and were never worried. they ended up with the perfect weather and a timeline that was followed to a tee and they both looked spectacular!
it wasn’t until i was editing pictures that i realized just how high these heels were!
don’t feel so sorry for this pup. she tired herself out barking at me and finally gave in to a cute pic. nureida and david love their doggies so much they brought them to the hotel for the weekend and david even left the cocktail hour to walk them…
david, his dad and brother get ready…
tell me this guy doesn’t look like he is out of a magazine!
love this moment when nureida checks herself out in the mirror…
david had quite the wedding day gift for nurieda. at first, she was moved to tears…
once she realized what the gift was, she was moved to excitement and laughter! a trip to ireland!
hot damn!
david and nureida see each other for the first time on their wedding day…
love this…
love david’s white suit and love nureida’s sleeves…perfection!
let’s just be honest, family photos are boring. these are the kinds of family photos i’d love to see on people’s walls!
david watching his bride walk down the aisle….
a funny, yet sweet ceremony. anyone that incorporates method man into their ceremony is a-ok in my book!
a wedding handshake to seal the deal!
adorbs!
i love when a percussionist is added… so much fun!
loving how many guests took a turn at drumming…
nureida’s mom… adorable!
bruni… all night long!
‘let me tell you something about life, kid…’
oh relax… he was just joking around. you can see the ‘parent hand’ interject to take the beer away.
this little one knew how to rock out all night long. i love a young woman with the confidence to own the dance floor!
such a pleasure working with nureida and david from start to finish. they couldn’t have looked more fabulous, had more perfect weather or perfect timeline. thanks to all their friends and family for being so great to work with. thanks to brian for assisting me.
