Christine and Devon’s Pen Ryn Estate wedding was my first visit to this venue in Bensalem, Pennsylvania and it was such a pleasant one…a wedding with a wonderfully chill and kind couple with a bride who is friends with two of my past brides, an absolutely perfect fall day, a beautiful venue on the Delaware River with fantastic staff and lovely guests.
Christine had mentioned that she really loved the library at the Pen Ryn Estate… definitely a cool room in such a place of history.
I started with Christine and Devon at their wedding ceremony at Our Lady of Lourdes in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey
I can’t tell you how much I love that no one has a cell phone out in this picture. This image marks a presence that has become more rare these days. What made this image for me is the woman on the right leaning over to get a view….not because she is trying to take a picture, but because she is really wanting to be present and see what is going on. Love this. Let’s bring being present back.
Entertaining kids during a mass takes some skill.
Love Christine and Devon’s elegant look.
A quiet exchange between Christine and Devon among a full dance floor…It is always an absolute honor to be asked to photograph a wedding of friends and family of my past couples. I have such awesome couples and they have awesome friends… it keeps the circle of awesomeness going. It is so much fun to see my couples throughout the years! I couldn’t have asked for a better couple to first experience the Pen Ryn Estate with. Thanks to Christine, Devon and their friends and family for a fantastic day.
